Join us for Mac Monday Mania on November 15, 2010. This time local artist and HMAUS member David Friedman will share how and why he creates his diverse works, from paintings to colorful animations.

David says, “I see the world today as a dazzling, shifting kaleidoscope, a dynamic mandala of challenging complexity and infinite beauty. With my art, I honor the mystery, magic and miracle of the moment.”

Then we'll have a mystery game, and bring your iPad or iPod and try your hand at drawing. We're all artists inside, but we're looking for iPad artists who can show us how it's done.

For the rest of us programs like Brushes and Art Studio are free or very inexpensive. You can download them to create art, on your own, to enjoy and share. Don’t have an iPad but are curious? Come and try it!

Fun! That’s what Mac Monday Manias are for – learn a little, socialize, have a lot of fun. Join us! It’s Free.

Free parking behind the cafe or preferably, in the employee lot around the block, makai on Niu Street.
