This session will explore the philanthropic and economic landscape as a context for examining the art of donor engagement with high-net-worth donors and developing an effective pitch. Strategies for success will be shared through a broader group discussion. The session will address:

Robin Ganzert is deputy director of philanthropic services at the Pew Charitable Trusts. She provides leadership and management for the team of advisors for strategic high-impact philanthropy. The team is responsible for cultivating relationship with foundations, the private sector, and high-net-worth individuals for philanthropic investment opportunities. Before joining Pew, Robin served as senior vice president and national director of philanthropic strategies with Wachovia Wealth management, a division of Wachovia Bank, N.A., and she founded the Wachovia National Center for Planned Giving.
