Find out how the cigar manufacturing industry influenced early Tampa, the effect of Cuban immigration on Miami, and how the Puerto Rican population has found Central Florida economically beneficial. Author of four books, Paul Dosal, Ph.D., was born and raised in Tampa. He is a fourth generation descendant of Cuban immigrants and received both his Masters and Doctorate degrees from Tulane University in New Orleans, La.
