* Bloom moved to the US in 1987 to expand beyond the shadow of his brother, influential Irish singer/songwriter Christy Moore.
* The artist is known for reinventing songs from a diverse range of artists, most notably transforming LL Cool J’s hip-hop single “I Need Love” into a brogue-like folk tune.
