Thousands of rubber duckies will be dumped into downtown Tampa’s Garrison Channel from the Beneficial Drive Bridge (S. Meridian Ave.) during this fundraiser for America’s Second Harvest of Tampa Bay Food Bank. Prizes for first three ducks crossing the finish line (at the Tampa Convention Center) include $25,000 cash and a chance for $1 million.
