Look Out Weekend celebrates this vast diversity of downtown San Francisco and hosts a bevy of talented performers and DJs each week. As evening turns to night, we kick it into high-gear and set the tempo for a couple of days of debauchery. Spring has sprung and with the May flowers come some bangin’ beats to get your ass wiggling into the weekend! San Francisco wouldn’t be the same without Aaron Axelson, our featured performer this week. The hometown hero is Music Director at Live 105 and is responsible for introducing Bay Area listeners to some of the biggest artists of the last five years (perhaps you’ve heard of The Killers?). His ear is unmatched, and he has used it to curate the Popscene event at 330 Rich for almost a decade. Dude defines ‘tastemaker’ and we’re extremely proud to have him at LOW this week!

London DJ duo La Grévé Générale have had the blogs buzzing for a while now, and it will be a treat to see these gentlemen in person. Their latest compilation, ‘The Tea Party Mixtape’, features new and old music from every imaginable corner of pop music. They’re not afraid to drop your dad’s favorite jams over some four-on-the-floor bass, and this eclecticism should suit the LOW crowd nicely as collars get popped, regardless of whether they be blue or white.
