Love in a Cemetery curated by Robert Sain with artist Andrea Bowers and her students from the Otis MFA Public Practice and guest artist Olga Koumoundouros transforms 18th Street’s gallery into a visual arts laboratory by investigating the role art institution’s play into today’s art world.
This expansive collaboration between artist, curator, graduate students, and community organizations will consist of a participatory ‘laboratory’ that sponsors community dialogues, public presentations and interventions, exhibits of artworks and project data to explore the social and political dimensions of art institutions.
