David Lynch's psychological thriller, a film that explores identity, dislocation and desire through the eyes of a troubled jazz musician Fred Madison, has been adapted for the stage by Olga Neuwirth. A combination of seething sound and image, Lost Highway is directed by Diane Paulus.
