"Los Angeles Plays Itself" May 2, 2004

The rarely screened film will be shown as part of the Image Forum Festival this year. It's a sort of documentary about the city made up of clips from a wide variety of films in which L.A. was shot--from Hollywood classics to low-budget porn. It has proved nearly impossible to obtain the rights to use all of these clips, hence the limited distribution.
