Los Angeles Arts Month Kick-Off Festival January 5, 2011

Experience a special performance by David Hidalgo and Louie Perez of Los Lobos and Cirque du Soleil artists as they join Los Angeles County officials and cultural arts leaders in celebration of Los Angeles Arts Month, an opportunity for Angelenos and visitors alike to discover the rich cultural fabric of our city.
