The legendary avant-blues guitarist Loren Connors makes his first appearance in Philadelphia in 8 years. He will play first at 7pm, so get there early to hear his ghostly/bluesy electric guitar improvisations. Loren Connors's appearance alone makes this show special, but stay for a great bill. Also appearing: much buzzed about West Coast shoegaze/drone/black metal duo Barn Owl, Philly-bred, Brooklyn-based raga-folk guitarist Steve Gunn, and Boston-based experimental guitar duo High Aura'd.
