James Cox will not be talking about starling + memcached as he's double booked. Stay tuned for a replacement.

James' replacement will be Ben Hood talking about some work he's been doing with RabbitMQ and ruby.

Francis Irving will still be talking about acts_as_xapian and http://whatdotheyknow.com

We'll then go to the pub and talk about goodness knows what. Probably what beer we want next.
