*Appetizer: 2 mini crab cakes served with Pineapple Papua Sauce

*Main Course: Rib-eye Steak served with Shitake Mushrooms and Tequila Poblano Sauce OR Baked Sea Bass in Lemon Grass served over Mango Papaya Sauce. Also served with Shrimp in Mango Brandy Sauce and Grilled Asparagus Garlic Marinated.

*Desert: Creme Brulee Trio with Chocolate, Vanilla and Strawberry
