With one eye firmly on the future, John Digweed’s Bedrock celebrates its Anniversary on Saturday 6th October with a multi room takeover of the Fire and Lightbox nightclubs in Vauxhall. Bedrock’s Anniversary will feature many of electronic music’s leading artists, in an all night session guaranteed to have you rocking to the early hours.

John Digweed takes control of the main room for an extended set full of ingenuity, dedication and most importantly dancefloor devastation. His performances at Bedrock have helped build the label’s reputation as one of the most acclaimed club nights in underground dance music, whilst his signature sound will push Fire’s system to the max.

Joining John is a cast of international talent, all inspirational names of the highest calibre. Apparat is just one of those artists expected to deliver a truly commanding performance. As a revered producer whose innovative studio efforts have helped build him a highly devoted fanbase, Apparat has released three incredibly well received albums on German label Shitkatapult, as well a collaborative records with Modeselektor (as Moderat) and Ellen Allien. His Bedrock debut will provide the perfect platform for Apparat to exercise his talents and showcase the epic sounds heard on his forthcoming album and spectacular DJ-Kicks compilation.

Recognised by Mixmag as this year’s Nicolas Jaar, Iranian-Canadian talent Amirali is one of the breakthrough artists of 2012. His outstanding debut album ‘In Time’ (released in May on Crosstown Rebels) is the best example of his brilliant craftsmanship. Incorporating stunning melodies, emphatic beats and Amirali’s own vocals, his fresh sound has not stopped turning heads over recent months. We are delighted to present an exclusive live show from the man himself, in a hugely anticipated performance.

Gearing up for a huge night at Bedrock is one of the hottest new names in house music Edu Imbernon. Hailing from Valencia, this young music aficionado has gaining significant attention from all corners of the globe with his superb productions. Consistently releasing dance floor dominating tracks through Get Physical, Noir Music, Trapez, Dynamic and his own label Eklektisch, it is no wonder that he has been invited to remix the likes of The XX and Maya Jane Coles. Be prepared for unrestrained beat brilliance as Edu makes his Bedrock debut.

Residents at The Rex in Paris and the latest signees to Bedrock Records, Maxime Dangles and Electric Rescue arrive in the capital to deliver an exclusive back-to-back set. Their dynamic form of house and techno has culminated in previous releases on Kompakt, Cocoon, Boys Noize Records and Sci-tec, whilst their releases for Bedrock have also proven to be extremely popular. Playing a four hour set, these next generation Parisian producers are on course to blow our minds with their sonic landscapes.

Saved Records boss Mark Fanciulli has had an excellent twelve months and arrives at Bedrock as one of the UK’s most in demand up-and-coming house DJs. His release ‘The Tide’ (on Rejected) proved to be one of the most charted tracks of last year, whilst latest production ‘Sacrifice’, with its sophisticated bass line and all-encompassing vocal, is unquestionable one of the tunes of the summer. Having played the likes of Kehakuma at Space this summer, his return to the English capital for Bedrock couldn’t come soon enough.

Providing a unique sound born from his eclectic taste in music and pure creativity, Rory Phillips can revamp and ignite any genre of electronic music and blend it in with current trends. His residencies at Durrr, Our Disco and Trash have been illuminating London's nightlife for over a decade now, whilst his production work has received consistent support from the likes of Andrew Weatherall, Aeroplane and Simian Mobile Disco. His remix of The XXs ‘Chrystalised’ demonstrates just how Rory Phillips can create a unique and desirable atmosphere, perfect for the all encompassing surroundings of Bedrock.

With releases under his belt on Ostgut Ton and Aus Music, Al Tourtettes is undoubtedly one DJ not to miss at Bedrock’s Anniversary. Summer shows at Fabric, Secretsundaze and Glade festival and an upcoming performance alongside Appleblim at We Love Space in September, means Al will be a red hot name by the time he arrives at Bedrock.

Resident DJ at Junk club and the High Tide boat parties in Southampton, Bedrock is happy to welcome John Barber to this all-star line-up. Currently focussing on his debut album, in addition to upcoming releases on Get Physical sister label Kindisch, John is guaranteed to blow you away with his deeper than deep house and techno sound.

With further rooms hosted by Deliverance, Lowbit and Room2Move, Bedrock’s Anniversary will prove to be another session of pure unadulterated mayhem. We look forward to welcoming you to this unforgettable celebration.
