Locals Day at Aquarium of the Bay January 3, 2012

Every Tuesday in January and February, residents of the nine bay area counties are invited to explore Aquarium of the Bay and receive a 50% discount on general admission tickets! As the only nonprofit nature center dedicated to inspiring conservation of San Francisco Bay and its watershed, Aquarium of the Bay provides a unique window to see our under-water neighbors through. Stroll through 300 feet of tunnels while 8-foot sevengill sharks, vivid garibaldi, massive sea bass, and schools of anchovies swim over your head.

To gain discounted admission, locals must present proof of residency:
• Valid driver's license or ID card with Bay Area address
-OR –
• Utility bill or bank statement that includes your name and Bay Area home address (not a P.O. Box), along with identification card.
