More and more people are becoming aware of the health benefits of a plant-based, organic and live-food diet. We might ask - can it be fun, delicious and fulfilling to include more of this in our life? Sure it can, we'll explore how.

In this workshop, we’ll explore the philosophy behind increasing our daily consumption of raw, organic, plant-based foods, and provide hands-on instruction on how to prepare some delicious dishes using locally available ingredients.

Through the activities of the day we will:

• Understand what is our biologically optimal diet
• Approach food choices from a simple but powerful perspective
• Know how to select the best food from your local area
• Work with the key elements of health
• Realize the importance of cleansing in the healing process
• Develop some daily habits to optimize health
• Understand how to love food that loves us back
