Liverpool Chamber Business After Hours - Flex Studios September 20, 2007

One of Liverpool Chamber’s aims is to promote business between members. These informal functions facilitate this contact-making between members and helps introduce new members to the chamber, whilst giving everyone an insight into the business of the host company.

This is not just a social occasion – it is a way for members to make new business contacts. Bring your business cards. Exchange cards with other members. Informal contacts can be the start of healthy business growth between members.

OUR NEXT EVENT WILL BE HOSTED BY FLEX STUDIOS

Flex Studios is Liverpool’s only dedicated Pilates studio and is located in the heart of Liverpool’s Business District.

Pilates is a method of body conditioning and can help develop every aspect of physical fitness: Strength, flexibility, balance, coordination and stamina. It is also popular with many professional sports people including golfers, rugby players and footballers.

The studio is superbly equipped with a full range of apparatus including reformers, cadillacs, total workout systems and barrels. There is also a dedicated area for matwork exercise.

The evening will give chamber members an insight into Pilates and how it can benefit people’s health and wellbeing.

6.30 pm Matwork and Machine Studio demonstrations and presentations.
