Live radio broadcast from the Quebec Festival of Sacred Music October 21, 2010

Chicago and on-line WFMT Radio listeners will be treated to a live broadcast from the Quebec Festival of Sacred Music. WFMT Radio will air the performance “Secret Voices: The Sisters of Las Huelgas. Codex, c.1300” by Anonymous 4. This virtuosic American ensemble has performed their medieval music in festivals and events around the world. Program Host, Peter Van De Graaff will accompany a tour group of music lovers to Quebec and Montreal and host the live broadcast. They will take in performances from the Orchestre Symphonique de Montréal, the Opéra de Québec, and the Festival of Sacred Music. In addition to the live broadcast, WFMT Radio will tape additional concerts from the Quebec Sacred Music Festival to air in December 2010.
