Live - One Track Mind band at Hard Rock Cafe. One Track Mind was formed in the year 2006. It originally started out as a three piece high school band under the name 'Traffic Jam'. However, the band after two years of a lot of changes has finally transformed into what we are now 'one track mind'. Influences: Pink Floyd, John Mayer, AC/DC, The Doors, Aerosmith, Alisha Keys, The Rolling Stones, The Dave Mathews band, U2, Green Day, Elvis Presley, Guns & Roses and Joe Cocker. Original Compositions: Yeah well we all love to write and compose. However we take more seriously than just a liking / want for composing music our original compositions are with a mix of everything: complicated, soothing, hard, modern soloing, simple, musically tight, and crowd loving. That's all I can say about them. You just need to hear them and then you may understand. Our latest original we have recorded and soon going to be recorded is called 360 degrees and is a brilliant Ballad written for all those children in India that do not enjoy the benefit of a sound education system. It's dedicated to Akanksha the NGO that supports and works hard for this cause. Landmark performances: We have performed live At High spirits in Pune, Live at a colony music campaign, Live at an Honored Festive function, Live at Malhar AM night, Live at Malhar Band competition, Live at Hard Rock Cafe & Winners of Distortion 08. Band Members - Vivaan: Fantastic drummer and a lot off musical talent. It's great having him among us. Pranav: Well he's the Pianist and its great having him in the band. He can do some crazy stuff with his musical mind. Sarosh: She's the feminine element of this band. She's got the most heart touching voice you may ever hear. Jango: The bass guitarist. He's got weirdly shaped fingers that our only meant to do one thing play the bass. Shaun: The Lead vocalist and Lead guitarist of the band. Well I am the front man of the band. I sing, perform, entertain, play lead guitar and give the crowd their money's worth well I can say the entire band gives the crowd their money's worth. Nariman: Second guitar handles all the riffing between the vocal ques and some brilliant solos as well. He also is our recording engineer and handles stage sound for all performances.
