Literary Death Match February 2, 2011

The acclaimed international reading series, Literary Death Match, comes to DC for the first time. Four writers will perform their most electric work before a raucous audience, and a panel of three celebrity judges will take turns spouting affectionate, off-the-wall commentary. When two finalists are selected, absurdity sets in, jettisoning the show's literary sensibility for a physical duel (contests have ranged from laser tag to trash bag races) to decide who takes home the crown.
