Litquake, San Francisco's Literary Festival brings Lit Crawl NYC back to Manhattan for a fifth year in a row for a an evening of Saturday Night Literary Fever that will take place in more than 20 venues and feature over 100 authors including Trainspotting author Irvine Welsh who is just out with his new prequel to that book, Skagboys, author and actress Molly Ringwald and her recently published When it Happens to You: A Novel in Stories, Elinor Lipman whose most recent book is the social satire The Family of Man, and Ernesto Quinonez author of the bestselling Bodega Dreams.

Lit Crawl NYC on Saturday 9/15 will be conducted in three phases starting at 6pm and running until 9pm. All Lit Crawl events are free.

In addition to Welsh, Ringwald, Lipman and Quinonez, other authors and highlights of the evening include a tribute to Phillip K. Dick with Gary Indiana among others, a BOMB poetry smackdown, readings from the Washington Square Review and the surreal sounding Emily Dickinson Sense-Surround and much more.
