The Lisa Maas Memorial Bowling Tournament – hosted by Melanie Maas as her Senior Class Project - will be held at Noon, March 1, 2009 at Greengarden Lanes. The tournament is open to all individuals and the “9 pin/no tap” format allows people of all skill levels (or no skill at all) to bowl and have a good time! Cost of the tournament is $15 for three games. There will be prizes, a gift auction and raffles. Proceeds from the event will benefit thousands of men, women and children at the Crime Victim Center whose lives have been touched by crimes. Thank you for posting this tournament. Lisa, my & AV's daughter,is sister to Melanie & Kelly. Her life was tragically & randomly taken on the day before her 19th birthday on May 29, 2008 while attending PCI in Pittsburgh. Lisa had a heart of gold & was beautiful inside & out. In her memory her sister Melanie would like to honor her & help so many victims of violent crimes. Without the Crime Advocate Center families would be left alone to pick up the pieces of this devastion by themselves. In Lisa's memory it would only be fitting to hold a tournament to help others as she did her whole life. Lisa was a wonderful daughter, a loving sister and a true friend to all who knew her. She is dearly missed but will never be forgotten...Unforgetable as she was known by her myspace. Always in our hearts......Laura Maas
