The fabulous, funny Spellman family is back, and Izzy has been arrested for the fourth time in three months. She's absolutely certain her next door neighbor is up to no good, and before her octogenarian lawyer, Morty, will defend her, Izzy will have to explain herself. To complicate matters, Izzy's little sister has developed a fixation on Inspector Harry Stone, who is becoming convinced that Rae is trying to kill him, especially since she hit him with a car.
