The effect of violence is poetically drawn in Judith Thompson’s tale of a child ghost in search of her killer. Her murder created a “butterfly effect,” leaving the very community itself haunted by sadness, cruelty and violence. The only hope for redemption may lie in the small hands of the one who searches for vengeance.

Winner of a 1991 Chalmers Outstanding New Play Award

"Judith Thompson explores the darkness with such exuberant intelligence, humour and empathy that her plays brim with the healing light of revelation"
