(http://www.times-up.org/lh.php) Meet by City Hall, SW corner of Chambers and Centre Street/Park Row, across from the entrance to the Brooklyn Bridge (by Horace Greeley Statue), or 45 minutes later at 3rd Street & Prospect Park West in Brooklyn.
