Lights all Night December 31, 2011

Festival Dates:

Friday December 30th and Saturday December 31st
Age:

18+ to enter, 21+ to drink. ID required
ZERO TOLERANCE For Drug Use Or Possession:

Possession and use of any illegal drugs is strictly prohibited. Anyone caught using or possessing any illegal substance will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. If you are inebriated upon entrance to the event you will be refused admission by security. Lights All Night staff maintains the right to refuse admission to anyone. Come with a great attitude, big smile, best friends, and get ready for the New Years Celebration of the ages!
SECURITY & ENTRY:

Security will be searching all attendees at all entrances. Please be ready to be searched upon entry by emptying pockets and having purses/small bags opened and large items removed. Illegal substances will NOT be tolerated and violators will be denied admission.
SAFETY & MEDICAL:

Safety, Security, and Medical staff will be present throughout the event both roaming and at designated stations. If you or anyone close to you have any medical or safety concerns please find the nearest available member of the staff and inform them immediately.
FOOD & BEVERAGES:

Food, Beverage and Alcohol stands will be present throughout the venue.
KEEPING HYDRATED:

Most injuries at events like Lights All Night are caused by dehydration. You will be dancing hard for hours- so make sure you take time to drink plenty of water both before and during the event! Bottles of water will be available for purchase at most vending locations plus numerous water fountains around the venue. Stay hydrated and have the time of your life!
BARS FOR 21+

Beer, Wine and Liquor will be served in designated areas throughout the Convention Center for those who are legally allowed to consume alcohol.
ATMs:

ATM’s will be located around the venue at clearly marked locations.
MERCH BOOTH:

Event merchandise will be available at various well-marked locations around the Convention Center.
ACCEPTABLE FORMS OF IDENTIFICATION FOR ENTRY

• Any U.S. government issued driver’s license or identification card provided that it contains a photograph and date of birth.
• A U.S. or foreign government issued passport containing a photograph and date of birth.
UNACCEPTABLE FORMS OF IDENTIFICATION FOR ENTRY

• School identification.
• Consular identification.
• Licenses issued in countries other than the U.S.
• Expired identification of any kind.
• Birth certificates
• Xerox copies of any identification.
