Light Opera Oklahoma/Summerstage: the Gondoliers July 1, 2009

In Venice, two boys fall for two lovely girls and celebrate a double wedding. However, on the big day the boys find out that one is already married and is king of the foreign island Barataria. The opera features a large cast of funny and charming characters, with singing, dancing and beautiful music by two of the opera world's greatest collaborators.
