You will learn about the different categories of dessert wines from semi sweet to sweet and sparkling as well as the secrets of chocolate making. We will then taste the following selection:
• Kindzmarauli (semi sweet red wine from Rep. of Georgia) with Cardamomo chocolate truffle
• Cerdon (Sweet rose sparkling from France) with dark chocolate and raspberry truffle
• Vin Santo (Sweet white from Italy) with hazelnut crunch truffle
• Muscat of Samos (Sweet white from Greece) with Banana dark chocolate truffle
• Sauterne (late harvest from Bordeaux, France) with Grand marnier / orange and orange zest truffle

It will be followed by a farandole of desserts. Wine presentation by Laurent Guinand and chocolate presentation by Sandra Escobar, Chocolatier and owner of the Cocoa Tree LLC. Event cost is $59 per person.
