Life During Wartime gathers together a collection of short contemporary plays including works by Caryl Churchill, Robert Holman, Harold Pinter and Mark Ravenhill. These dramatists have the impudence to talk of life in the midst of death; a chorus of voices sounding through the fog of war. While theorists offer the either/or of the Just and Unjust War, perhaps dramatists can give us the multiplicity of human perspectives which will allow us pause in perpetual wartime.

This performance will take place in the Rose Theatre
