“Lichen It!” at The Morton Arboretum April 17, 2011

You’ll “Lichen It!” Be a part of Nature Unframed: Art at the Arboretum, the 2011 art exhibition featuring 11 contemporary art works. Join artist Carol Hummel as she shows how to crochet lichens and other art that will be incorporated in her exhibition creation, called “Lichen It!” Also, attendees will go on a lichen scavenger hunt, learn about lichens and trees, and play cool nature games. Costs $29 (discounts for Arboretum members). For ages 2 and up with an adult. Children’s Garden.
