The Library Knitting Group meets the third Tuesday of each month. The group is open to knitters of all skill levels. Everyone should bring a project to work on. At the November 20th meeting, those that choose will learn to make a miniature stocking. This class is for knitters with some experience that would like to learn the techniques of making socks.
If you are interested in this “mini-class,” you will need to contact Sherry Kowalski for a copy of the materials list. The group is knitting washcloths for gift bags distributed by Canteen on Wheels. We are also making scarves, hats and mittens for children that will be donated to the SOS Shelter. For more information you may contact Sherry Kowalski by phone (778-6423) or email ([email protected]).
