Leveraging Purpose and Passion in the Workplace June 11, 2009

The Women's Center and The Executive Council present this one-day introductory workshop that highlights the importance of leveraging individual passions in a way that maximizes both company results and personal fulfillment. The workshop will equip participants with tools to apply these concepts to their own work environments.

As a special bonus feature of the workshop, participants will receive exclusive access to a new online tool, the Passion Profiler™ which identifies and measures specific “archetypes of passion” and reveals how those passions relate to work roles. Comprehensive reports will be provided for each attendee. The workshop will also examine the fear-based roadblocks to success and provide new insights for overcoming those obstacles in order to create a fulfilling work and life experience.
