About the Presenter
Jill McGillen. Working in senior management roles for 15 years prior to owning Next Turn, Jill McGillen learned the importance of influence. Now, her company mission is to help leaders and team members discover and utilize their strengths to help build productive and satisfied workforces. Focusing in the areas of Effective Communication, with managers and teams, Jill is a certified trainer, member of NCHRA, SHRM along with being a work advice columnist with articles that appears online and weekly in many publications including the San Francisco Examiner and her work blog.

Client organizations in the bay area include Stanford University, Verinata Health, the City and County of San Francisco, Synopsys Inc., Golden Gate Bridge as well as other organizations in both the private and public sectors.
