Level 1 Qi Gong and Breath Empowerment Workshop September 30, 2010

This eight week course will introduce participants to the world of Qi Gong through our Level 1 Healing Form. This powerful form will have participants buzzing "in the Qi" from the first day. Add to that the mind blowing experience of the Breath Empowerment and this workshop will pay dividends in expanded consciousness as well as better health and well being with continued use of the techniques and skilled gained here.
