Let's (Marathon) Party November 1, 2009

Us: In costume (from Halloween night) and on a euphoric high from cheering on 40K of our fittest friends, who actually slept the night before.

Them: Runners that are sweat-crusted, dehydrated, and giving us the stink-eye from mile 18 onwards.

Let's clink glasses and celebrate marathon insanity w/ FREE BEER. Yes, from 5pm-6pm, the beer is absolutely free.

Miss Novack (a friend of FunList) decided to drop her business card in a raffle for a gratis open bar many many months ago, and lo and behold, SHE WON! So let's teach Pat O'Briens why they should never ever offer that promo again!

After the happiest of Happy Hours ends, we're going to hold the place down comparing Halloween party stories with the day's run, potholes dogged, and all the weird places we're chaffed - both the partiers and the runners.

While we can't promise any of the runners will be coherent after their first beer, we'd love if you could stop by for a drink... Or ten!
