Money causes more problems in our marriages than we realize. Before you marry, you’re often trying to impress your future mate, so you may not want to mess things up by discussing finances. But refusing to talk about something as important as financial management before you get married can be more costly than you may imagine. In this talk, glean financial principles that would serve you both through the good times, and bad, in your marriage. Pick up smart spending tips as well as budgeting and debt management tools.

At the end of this talk, couples will be able to:

• Discuss money management – Joint or separate banking accounts? Who should pay the bills?
• Employ four commonsense financial principles
• Discover financial contentment
