Let's End Hunger Workshop January 19, 2010

Vermont Foodbank,
is working with the Lamoille Valley Hunger Coalition to host an anti-
hunger workshop on January 19, 2010 at the River Arts facility in
Morrisville. The workshops will last from 9am to noon and will cover
how to help families and individuals access such resources as
3SquaresVT, WIC, summer lunches, etc. as well as how to handle and
utilize fresh produce in your organization. The second topic will be
particularly useful for those organizations receiving free fresh
produce from the Foodbank or their community.
If you, or your organization works with a group that has been hit by
the recent economic downturns and you are interested in learning more
about the resources available to help than this workshop is for you!
