Les Turner Strike Out ALS 5K September 23, 2010

Lace up those running shoes and line up for the Les Turner ALS Foundation’s inaugural Strike Out ALS 5K. The Les Turner Strike Out ALS 5K will give athletes the unique perspective of running around and through U.S. Cellular Field, an experience so few individuals get to realize.

Registration will open at 5:45pm and the race will start of 7:00pm. Runners are encouraged, but not obligated, to fundraise on behalf of the Les Turner ALS Foundation. Each runner is encouraged to raise $90, representing every 90 minutes someone is diagnosed with ALS. Every participant in the Strike Out ALS 5K will receive a goody bag and T-shirt.

In conjunction with the Les Turner Strike Out ALS 5K, the Les Turner ALS Foundation is launching their new Run4ALS Team.
