Leopold Group presents "dancing" - Leopold Group August 28, 2011

Currently a DanceBridge resident at the Chicago Cultural Center, the Leopold Group will present an evening of new works."une elephante" explores ideas of duration and endurance for both the dancer and the audience member, trying to find parallels between portraiture and dance. The second work, "Lips of Their Fingers," looks into the historic tradition of pantomime as a part of dance. With a musical score that includes the Beastie Boys, "Lips" brings new meaning to the phrase 'body language.'
