Opening the 2006-2007 Honolulu Chamber Music Series is L'Ensemble Pennetier featuring Jean-Claude Pennetier on piano, France Pennetier on piano, Georges Pennetier and Chris Thompson on percussion. HCMS is delighted to have the Pennetiers bring their definitive interpretation of the Bartok Sonata for two pianos and percussion to Honolulu audiences, a rarely performed classic chamber work from the twentieth century.
