Legends of Texas August 13, 2011

This is a fundraiser for Danny Romero. Danny is the very loveable and charismatic singer and leader of the traditional country band "Arizona Territory." In early May he made it to the hospital just barely in time for them to save his life; but they had to amputate his left leg. As a self–employed musician, Danny had no insurance and has accumulated large amounts of medical costs. This show will help him pay his medical costs and get a "proper" prosthetic.

The event will compete with the very best quality Las Vegas acts and will showcase tribute artists of Buddy Holly, Janis Joplin, Willie Nelson, Stevie Ray Vaughan, ZZ Top, and more. This showcase will feature the best of the best of local musicians and entertainers such as Nick Canuel of MacDaddy and the NiXoN Duo, Brett Miller of the Retrofitters, Gregson Gordon of the Road One South Blues Band, Sky Conwell of Sky Daddy & the Pop Rocks, and Danny’s best friend Paul LaFortune of Arizona Territory … among many others.

Not to give away too many surprises, but the encore alone is worth the price of admission! Show times are 3:00 and 7:00 pm.
