Left Bank Brasserie Larkspur To Host April 6 “Head-To-Tail” Suckling Pig Family Dinner April 6, 2011

Left Bank Brasserie in Larkspur, California will host a “Head-To-Tail” Suckling Pig Family Dinner on Wednesday, April 6.

The $49.00 per person dinner of whole roasted pig with sausage and potato stuffing, glazed spring onions, baby carrots, and sweet peas will be served at 6:30 p.m. (one seating only) and be offered in addition to the restaurant’s regular a la carte menu. The meal will be served family style at community tables of 12 people. Reservations of any size will be taken, but all guests reserving for the Pig Dinner will be seated at these tables. Fallon Hills Ranch will be supplying whole pigs for the occasion.
