This hour
and a half-long seminar will provide an overview of
LEED for Existing Buildings: Operations and Maintenance certification and articulate the value added for each
stakeholder on the project team. We will take you on an informative journey
through the structure and elements of the LEED EB framework, the business case
for pursuing LEED EB, an overview of the process through certification and then
conclude with project examples. The process from LEED EB assessment to
documentation will be covered, including roles and responsibilities of team
members and a typical timeline.
