Lecture: The 8 Auspicious Symbols in Tibetan Buddhism July 18, 2010

Curator Sarah Johnson of The Jacques Marchais Museum of Tibetan Art will lead a lecture and discussion on the significance of the 8 auspicious symbols in Tibetan Buddhism. Items from the Museum's collection, some of which bear inscriptions of the 8 auspicious symbols, will be featured. The lecture will run from 2:30 pm to 3:30 pm on Sunday, July 18, 2010.
