In conjuction with the RODIN: In His Own Words exhibit at the Las Cruces Museum of Art, the museum will host a guest lecture series.

The first lecture will be held Saturday, September 27, 12:30 pm in the Gallery of the Museum of Art. The lecture, Conserving Rodins Bronzes, will be presented by Maureen Russell, Conservator for the Cantor Foundation and Senior Conservator for New Mexico State Museums.

The second lecture will be held Saturday, October 4, 12:30 pm in the Rio Grande Theater, 211 North Main Street, Las Cruces. The lecture, Experiences in Figurative Sculpture, will be presented by Michael Naranjo, a New Mexico Sculptor.

The third lecture will be held Saturday, November 15, 12:30 pm, in the Rio Grande Theater, 211 North Main Street, Las Cruces. The lecture, Rodin in Context, will be presented by Matthew Palczynski, Staff lecturer for Western Art, Philadelphia Museum of Art.

Admission for all lectures is free.
