Designer Charlie Lazor, co-founder of the furniture design office Blu Dot, and Principal of Lazor Office discusses his innovative FlatPak house, which consists of a modular system of pre-manufactured house components that are assembled on site to reduce cost and environmental impact.

Registration for all lectures, classes, and workshops begins September 6th. You may reserve lecture tickets in person at the MCA box office, online, or by calling 312.397.4010. Lectures are free with museum admission, but space is limited. Up to two tickets may be reserved in advance. There is a $3 nonrefundable handling fee for phone and online orders. If a lecture is fully reserved, we will start a waiting list one hour before the lecture. The MCA will release all unclaimed tickets ten minutes before the beginning of the lecture. The MCA is wheelchair accessible. Assisted-listening devices are available with advance notice.
