Catchword Brand Name Development

As we all know, developing a name for your company or product is a crucial part of brand creation. In this presentation, Catchword will walk through their proven naming process and highlight case studies from that has led to successful names at their clients such as Cisco, Palm, Gymboree, and Leapfrog.

The presentation will cover what steps to take - including who to involve in meetings, what types of messages are important, how to evaluate name candidates, why trademarks aren't the same as domains, and when to say stop - that will greatly improve the odds of success. We'll also look at why naming has become more difficult in the last 20 years, due to the importance of domain names and the global internet economy.
