This seminar combines the Leading Through Change course work with workshops on Motivation and Accountability Skills, two of the primary components in the MTM Method. The course work demystifies the life-cycle of a change and focuses on understanding the role of a leader through that life-cycle. The motivation workshop focuses on motivational concepts, identifies motivational drivers and methods to motivate appropriately. The accountability workshop highlights the importance of holding change agents accountable. It focuses on establishing and enforcing contracts, issue resolution, risk mitigation, and planning for alternate courses of action that lead to successful completion of change.
This seminar is suitable for those individuals who have found themselves thrust in the front line of change, acting as change agents, architects, and others who have been called upon to become leaders within their organizations.
