Leadership In Action Workshop Series Presents
Successful organizations need both dynamic leadership and effective
management. This interactive session helps participants understand
their own personal leadership style, and how to adapt their style to
help others improve performance and achieve results. Participants learn
the difference between leading and managing, how to recognize whether a
situation requires leading or managing, and how and when to move from
one to the other to help others improve performance and to achieve
results.

Participants will leave with their own free PI assessment
detailing their personal behaviors both from a leading and managing
perspective.

NOTE: Attendees will be required to complete a Predictive Index survey prior to Monday,
March 23rd, which will take approximately 5 to 10 minutes. After registering for this session, a login and password will be sent
to you via e-mail from [email protected] with a link to the
Predictive Index website. Please register early to ensure your
personal analysis will be available at the time of the session. Registrations received after March 23rd will not receive an assessment.
Presented by Kim Galle

Kim Galle of Resource PI helps companies make better people
decisions through their use of the Predictive Index System (PI). PI is
a strategic management system used by executives and middle managers to
ensure that their human assets are properly developed and capable of
meeting the objectives of the organization.
Kim has over thirteen years experience with this system. In
addition to over twelve years in public accounting, she has worked in a
consulting capacity with management in medium and large size clients
for over nine years. She has also served as Director of Finance and
was a member of the strategic management team in private industry for
two years. Previous employers include Freed Maxick Sachs & Murphy,
PC, Receivable Services of America and KPMG Peat Marwick.

Ms. Galle's financial expertise allows her to implement the PI System
with a keen awareness of how business decisions affect the bottom
line. Her dynamic presentation of the PI System demonstrates how costs
associated with personnel management can be significantly reduced. She
skillfully and energetically teaches managers how to motivate their
people in order to achieve their optimal potential. Improving the
success rates for selecting and developing employees, as well as
building stronger sales and management teams are paramount to the
Predictive Index System.
