Bay Area Classical Harmonies (B.A.C.H.) is proud to host Eugenia Arsenis, stage director of the Greek National Opera, as it brings a fully staged and orchestrated production of Le Nozze di Figaro (The Marriage of Figaro) by W.A. Mozart to downtown Oakland; free opera tickets will be available to children 12 and under.

BACH founder/director Andrew J. Chung will conduct Mozart's perhaps most beloved comic masterpiece with cast members and musicians comprised of the Bay Area's most talented up and coming musicians, along with professionals well-known to local audiences.

Ms. Arsenis recently collaborated as stage director for the prestigious San Francisco Opera - Merola Opera program in summer of 2007. Her numerous awards include the Greek State Scholarship Foundation, the Onassis Foundation, the National Bank Cultural Foundation, the Dame Margaret Tuke Travel Bursary from Royal Holloway University of London, the Fulbright scholarship for Artists and Art Scholars, the Propondis scholarship, and a scholarship from the New York Film Academy.
